Substance over Hype.

I help companies and teams structure, prioritize, and execute complex digital initiatives — from UX/UI and information architecture to CMS systems, processes, automation, and AI workflows.

  • 15+ years in digital initiatives
  • 100+ projects across varied contexts
  • Project-based, no retainer model
  • One contact from analysis to delivery

Recurring situations. Clear approaches.

When the website slows things down, instead of helping.

A lot of content, little orientation. Users do not find what they need. Navigation has grown organically, messages are unclear, and user paths are inconsistent.

When tools exist, but no system emerges.

Many isolated tools, limited coherence. Processes evolved ad hoc and were never modeled properly.

  • Automation

When AI is discussed everywhere, but lands nowhere useful.

Many ideas, few durable use cases. Technology is discussed, but not translated into real workflows.

  • Value
  • Pilot

When processes somehow work, but no one truly knows them.

Too much coordination, errors, and manual work in daily operations. Operational flows grew historically and were not documented or optimized.

Into a clear direction.

Requirements, content, and decision logic. Depending on scope: wireframes, process models, tool decisions, or content structure.

  • Directus
  • Editorial

Outcome Editorial-ready CMS structures and clean content workflows.

04 · Process Consulting

When flows become visible, they can be improved.

Analysis and structuring of digital operations across people, tools, and systems.

  • Analysis
  • Structure

Outcome Clear process maps, ownership, handoffs, and optimization opportunities.

05 · Automation

Repeatable work should not stay in manual routines.

Design of sensible automations with clear quality checkpoints.

  • n8n
  • Make

  • QA

Outcome More stable operations, fewer manual errors, and better traceability.

06 · AI Integration & Workshops

AI only becomes valuable when it fits real operations.

Strategic framing, use-case development, and realistic implementation.

Profile

Strategy meets technical reality.

Portrait of Kevin Luck

I work at the intersection of strategic clarity, product logic, and technical feasibility. The focus is on initiatives that do not just look good, but remain resilient, prioritized, and structurally clear in daily operations.

I enjoy complex digital initiatives, but also smaller projects where content, structure, and implementation simply need to work together with less friction.

Project Leadership & Delivery

Shape complex digital initiatives into a format that can be delivered, not only planned.

Product Ownership & Business Analysis

Translate business requirements into clear priorities, user logic, and resilient decisions.

UX/UI & Information Architecture

Structure interfaces, page types, content, and navigation logic so they hold up in day-to-day use.

Systems & Integrations

Treat technical reality, integration logic, and operational fit as part of the model from the start.

I am not interested in the most polished presentation of a problem, but in the cleanest structure for a resilient solution.

FAQ

Common questions. Clear answers.

Do you only work with large organizations?

Most of my work is with small and mid-sized companies, startups, and teams that want progress without agency overhead. Project size matters less than whether the challenge can be addressed in a structured way.

How does a collaboration typically start?

It starts with a focused conversation about context, goals, and constraints. From that I prepare a concrete proposal with scope, approach, and effort. Delivery then runs iteratively with regular checkpoints.

Can you support only specific parts, such as UX concept or implementation?

Yes. You can engage me for end-to-end delivery or for focused support in a single area. UX audits, architecture work, implementation guidance, and workshop formats are all possible.

Which technologies and tools do you typically use?

Frontend work is mainly Astro, React, and TypeScript. For CMS systems I usually work with Directus or Sanity. For automations: n8n or Make. For AI, tooling depends on use case, constraints, and governance needs.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope. A focused audit can take one to two weeks. A full website or platform stream usually ranges from six to sixteen weeks. Timelines are aligned after initial scoping.

Do you also support maintenance and iteration after launch?

Yes. Beyond one-off projects, I can continue with refinement, quality assurance, and strategic iteration so the system remains maintainable and evolves with operational needs.

What is different compared with a classic digital agency setup?

You work directly with me. I connect strategy, UX/UI, content structure, and technical feasibility in one model. Less overhead, clearer accountability, and execution continuity.

Do you work remotely or on-site?

Mostly remote, which works well for digital projects. For workshops or intense alignment phases, on-site sessions can be integrated when useful.

How can I start a project inquiry?

Use the contact form or email hello@luckyconcept.de with a short outline and timeline. I will get back to you for a first alignment call.
